Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device when you visit. They help the site work, remember your choices, process payments securely, and help us understand how visitors use the site. Some are set by us (first-party) and some by services we use (third-party).
We also use browser local storage for a small number of preferences — including your cookie choices — so we can honour them without setting a preference cookie before you decide.
Strictly necessary. Required for the site to function, to remember your cookie choices, to keep you signed in, and to process payments securely. These do not require consent.

Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site and improve it. GA4 scripts and cookies are loaded only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner.

Marketing cookies. The cookie banner includes a marketing category so you can opt in before any future marketing tools are added. We do not currently set third-party marketing cookies on this site. If we introduce them later, they will load only after you accept that category.
Fonts. Inter is loaded from our own site (self-hosted via Next.js). No third-party font requests are made when you browse Accord Blueprint.
When you first visit, a banner asks which cookie categories you accept. Analytics cookies and scripts are not loaded until you say yes. Strictly necessary cookies and local storage entries — including your sign-in session, your saved cookie choices, and Stripe's payment security cookies during checkout — work without consent because the service you request cannot function without them. You can change your choices at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer, which reopens the preference panel.
All major browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Clearing site data for 3rdmind.co.uk also removes your saved cookie preferences from local storage and will show the banner again on your next visit. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent checkout from working.
Google and Stripe may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your personal data, and the right to object to processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@3rdmind.co.uk. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, naih.hu) or your local supervisory authority.
We may update this policy as the site or the rules change. The date at the top shows the last revision. Significant changes will be announced with a new consent request.
